Return & Refund Policy – Tide FNQ

We want you to love your gear. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns:

Change of Mind

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want your purchase.

  • This includes sale items — all sale purchases are final.

Faulty or Problematic Goods

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair if your item:

  • is faulty or damaged,

  • does not match its description, or

  • does not do what it is supposed to do.

If your product has a problem, please contact us at tidefnq@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with details and photos if applicable.

How to Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns (if ever approved outside policy) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law come first — nothing in this policy limits those rights.
